I’m the clinician behind Believe Health — a pharmacist independent prescriber with more than thirteen years at the heart of British healthcare, including senior roles within the NHS, and years dedicated to the science and reality of weight management.
Across my career I’ve supported thousands of people — and I’ve seen, again and again, that lasting weight loss rarely comes from an anonymous online checkout. It comes from a relationship with a clinician who genuinely knows you. That conviction is why Believe Health exists: a clinic small enough to care personally, and experienced enough to do it properly.

Who will I actually be speaking to? +
Me — the clinic’s founder and prescriber. Not a call centre, not a rotating panel of names. From the first hello to every follow-up, your care stays with one experienced clinician who knows your story.
What happens on the introductory call? +
It’s a relaxed, private ten-minute conversation. You tell me where you are and what you’re hoping for; I’ll explain honestly how Believe Health works, whether it’s likely to be right for you, and what the next step would look like. No clinical decisions are made on this call, nothing is prescribed, and there’s no obligation whatsoever.
Do you prescribe weight-loss medication? +
Where it’s clinically appropriate and safe for you, prescription treatment can form part of your plan. UK advertising rules — rightly — don’t allow prescription-only medicines to be named or promoted to the public, so the specific options, how they work and what they cost are discussed privately at your consultation, after a full assessment. What we can say here: anything prescribed is licensed in the UK and dispensed by a registered UK pharmacy.
How much does it cost? +
Because every plan is personal, your costs are too — they depend on what your assessment shows and what we agree together. Everything is explained openly on your call and itemised clearly before you decide anything, and you’re never charged a penny until you choose to go ahead. The introductory call itself is completely free.
Is Believe Health right for me? +
We work with adults (18+) across the UK who want clinician-led, personal support with their weight — especially people who’ve tried the big online services and felt like a number. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18, this service isn’t suitable. Not sure? That’s exactly what the free call is for.
